At Henderson's Western Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear and western apparel. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in original, unused condition with all tags attached and include the original packaging.

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items within 5-7 business days.
